Our delivery charges for Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Al Ain is AED 50 and for Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain is AED 60.

    1. Choose a date, city and time.
    2. Enter your email address and click on ‘Proceed to Payment’ or you can login with your Facebook account , fill the order form and proceed with the payment.
  2. By Phone - Please call at +971 569199148 during our office hours (10AM –8 PM UAE time) and we will be glad to place the order for you.Please Note : Sometimes agents might not be available instantly to take the order. But they will note down your phone no and call you asap .

If you choose to send your gift anonymously, we will make sure your name does not appear on any document accompanying your gift. If the recipient calls UAEFlowers to ask who the gift is from, we will not reveal your identity, unless you instruct us otherwise. Please note, if the recipient doesn’t want to accept the gift, then it will be returned to us and no refunds will be made.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery,first we will coordinate with the receiver and try to deliver at their convinent time. If we are unable to reach the receiver, then the sender will be contacted by phone or email and a second delivery attempt can be made either on the same day or the next business day once the correct no is provided for the receiver. If you had ordered flowers, chocolates, or other edible gifts, be rest assured that all the items will be taken care of. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Flowers and fillers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available. However, we at Flowers to UAE strive to achieve utmost perfection and you can be rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the picture.Please Note : Pictures are for refrence Purposes.Many arrangements are assembeled on the floral foam and are short stemmed . If you prefer longer stems ,they can be arranged directly in the glass vase and will differ from the image on the website . Kindly contact customer service for the same .

Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and colour or variety substitutions of vases or baskets may be necessary as the same vases might not be available always. In case of substitution, we ensure that we are using an article of equal value and style.

No, there isn’t any minimum value for the order . You can choose anything from the website and we will deliver the same for you.

Yes, it’s our policy to call the recipient before making the delivery to ensure that we have the correct address and confirm if the recipient is present there to collect it. The reason for the same is that sometimes its not possible to go again and again for the delivery and many building security dont allow, delivery team to enter.

When your order is confirmed, we will send an e-mail with the details of your order. Be sure you go through that. If you didn’t receive it in your inbox, request you to please check it in the‘Spam/Junk’folder as well.

Before 24 hours of the time of delivery, you can change the details of your order by sending us an email on admin@flowerstouae.com. Please note, this feature isn’t available for same day delivery orders.

No, there isn’t any additional fee for cash pick-up service.
